Our entire concept has been built around our signature, coal-fired brick oven pizza. Our award-winning pizzas are made using an over 100-year-old pizza-making tradition. The tantalizing aroma of pizza and calzones baked to perfection in our signature coal-burning oven offers a unique flavor and a crisp crust that is simply not possible from gas, convection, or wood-burning ovens. Our ovens are the centerpiece of our restaurant. Our open kitchen layout provides an entertaining experience for our guests. We also offer a unique array of appetizers, made in-house desserts and a premium bar with an extensive wine list, which perfectly completes any occasion.
Our coal-fired crust, fresh ingredients, handmade mozzarella, and pizza sauce have made us the most award-winning pizzeria in the U.S. We have proudly been awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences 5 Star Diamond Award for the past 4 years.
